結構特點：
（1） 適應（1.5D-20D）滌綸、丙綸等化學纖維的梳理成網，
（2） 各輥筒材料結構特殊，高速梳理，入棉及道夫均變頻調速并裝有金屬檢測裝置。
（3） 本公司對傳統(tǒng)梳理機進行了改良，工作輥每輥均配用四只軸承，大大提高了輥軸的平衡性，從而改變了許多梳理機平穩(wěn)性不夠、噪音大、棉網不夠平整的弊端。
（4） 經長時間使用后表明，改良后梳理機性能有較大提高，運行平穩(wěn)、基本無噪音、棉網平整。較單道夫梳理機而言，雙道夫梳理機增加了臺時產量，節(jié)省電能。
（5） 入棉喂入裝置裝有防金屬保護裝置，傳動齒輪采用尼龍件，具有金屬檢測功能，并具有倒車功能，自停報警。
